THE RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

On approval of the List of expert organizations and licensors on licensing export and import of specific goods included in the Unified List of Goods, to which non-tariff regulation measures are applied in trade with third countries, and on introducing additions and amendments to some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

In accordance with articles 9 and 11-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On state regulation of foreign trade activities in the Kyrgyz Republic”, 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic”, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:
1. To approve the List of expert organizations and licensors for licensing export and import of specific goods included in the Unified List of Goods, to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with third countries are applied, according to the Annex.
2. To introduce amendment to the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic” as of February 20, 2012 N 118 to add the following:
in the Provisions on the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-mentioned Resolution:
- to add the seventh paragraph of the following language to subparagraph "b" of paragraph 6:
“- issues expert opinions on import and export of goods;”.
3. To introduce the following amendment to the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the State Agency for Environmental Protection and Forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" as of February 20, 2012 N 123:
in the Provisions on the State Agency for Environmental Protection and Forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above Resolution:
eleventh subparagraph of paragraph 2 of article 6 shall read as follows:
“- issues expert opinions on import and export of goods.”.
4. (Repealed in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic as of July 15, 2016 N 402)

6. To introduce the following amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the issues of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Kyrgyz Republic” as of February 20, 2012 N 140:
in the Provisions on the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-mentioned Resolution:
- add the seventh paragraph to read as follows to subparagraph 2, paragraph 7:
“- issues expert opinions on import and export of goods;”
in the Provisions on the Department of Chemicalization and Plant Protection of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above Resolution:
- add the ninth paragraph to read as follows to subparagraph 2, paragraph 10:
“- issues expert opinions on import and export of plant protection products;”.
7. To introduce the following amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Issues of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic” as of May 3, 2013 N 236:
in the provisions on the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-mentioned Resolution:
- Paragraph thirteen of clause 8 to read as follows:
“- issues expert opinions on import and export of goods;”.
8. The following to recognize repealed:
- Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On approval of the lists of exported and imported specific goods subject to licensing, expert organizations and licensors” as of March 12, 2015 N 115.
9. Control over the enforcement of this Resolution is entrusted to the department of economy and investment of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
10. This Resolution shall enter into force fifteen days after the date of its official publication.
